So, my nephew was born today. 12:20 am. No name yet, but he was 6.2 lbs and 19-3/4 inches long. And he's sooooo cute! Of course that's an unbiased opinion. ;)

OK, baby shower is on Sunday and my brother and I are running around doing stuff for it. He's looking for games (and found this awfully cruel one that is hysterical) and I'm in charge of favors and decorations. I think I'm maybe set on the decorations, but I need ideas for the favors.
